Institutional and Organisational assessments of the Regional Centre Agrhymet in Niamey - Niger

Advice on DURAZINDER Project’s theory of change.

The institutional and organisational assessment of Agrhymet focussed on the institutional context, financial management, procurement, overall governance systems and capacity to implement technical assistance, training and expert support assignments.

The assignment also included advice with respect to further institutional and organisational development of the Regional Centre Agrhymet and for finetuning the intervention strategies and theory of change of the DURAZINDER Project of Enabel.
