Contributing to the formulation and/or the start-up of (components of) development programmes, the assessments focussed on the institutional context, financial management, procurement, overall governance systems, strategic management and partner organisation’s capacity to implement (components of) the (envisaged) development programme.

Including recommendations for capacity development and risk management.

Including contributions to the formulation of the development programme and/or the design / update of the theory of change and/or roadmap for the (ongoing or envisaged) programme.
