Prepare and facilitate a good governance and risk management workshop for the national focal points of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Norway Grants (14th -16th October 2019 retreat).

Theoretical and practical sessions were prepared and facilitated on the following topics:

• Good governance, risk management and control environment

• How to foster an institutional culture of good governance and effective results and risk management

• Managing integrity risks – Identifying key risks and roles and responsibilities of the NFPs

• How to assess and effectively manage integrity and complex risks

Produce a summary overview of key messages, findings and insights from preparation and facilitation of workshop sessions.
