Operational performance and organisational development of the Verbatim Reporting Unit of the Flemish Parliament

Analysis and improvement of the operational performance and organisational development of the Verbatim Reporting Unit of the Flemish Parliament.

  • Evaluation and analysis of the mission, organisation, work processes, human resources, organisational culture and potential for improvement (on site observation, interviews, on line survey, SWOT workshop, draft and final reporting).
  • Participative development of a restructuring and staffing plan with proposals for organisational development on the short, medium and longer term.
  • Coach the drafting and implementation of short and medium-term improvement and organisational development plans.
  • Support the functional analysis for improved IT-systems and tools for resource planning and mobilisation and for work flow management and performance management for the verbatim reporting.
  • Coach and/or support change facilitation, HRM, quality assurance and procurement processes and conduct other specific assignments in support of the implementation of the organisational development plan.
