Impact evaluation of grants by the International Criminal Justice Fund (ICJF): to human rights organizations involved in the monitoring of the transitional justice process and support of marginalized communities, victims and displaced people in Ivory Coast.

The assignment comprised:

• Developing methodology, evaluation framework and tools in a participatory approach with evaluation partners.

• Quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis (Interviews, focus groups, etc.).

• Report writing with executive summary, key results and recommendations detailed by type, level of priority, and targeted actor).

• Public presentation of the results to evaluation partners and stakeholders.
