Evaluation of the Coalition “2015 DTL” - a collaborative platform and coalition of 25 Belgian Ngo’s joining forces with respect to the MDG’s (Millennium Development Goals) - and facilitation of a strategic exercise and feasibility study on a new collaborative platform with respect to the SDG’s (Sustainable Development Goals).
Desk study of remaining documentation and existing reports and materials.
The design and management of an ‘on line survey’ obtaining approximately 40 respondents from partner organisations of the existing coalition 2015 DTL; analysis of the responses obtained through the survey and production of a specific report on the survey.
Individual interviews of key external stakeholders (from Parliament, Government, communication specialists, MDG experts, etc.)
Facilitation of 5 workshops.
Production of an integrated report comprising both the evaluation of the existing coalition and scenarios and recommendations for a new coalition / collaborative platform with respect to the SDG’s.
