Formulation of a Program on Decentralisation and Good Governance in Mali and drafting of the program document.

The assignment comprised: a desk study of available documentation, an analysis of the prevailing context, interviewing stakeholders and structured analysis of stakeholder needs and expectations, interactive and joint development of the intervention strategy and theory of change, drafting of the technical and financial file for the “Programme de Décentralisation et de Bonne Gouvernance” » in the south of Mali (regions Ségou and Sikasso). This assignment was conducted in conjunction with the formulation of two other programs (‘Rural Development’ and ‘Technical and Vocational Education and Training’) by Lux-Development in the same regions (intervention area).
