Change management in support of entrepreneurship and enterprise development in the Brussels Capital Region.

Coordination and change management for the implementation of the Reform of policy instruments and of the institutional and organisational setup in support of entrepreneurship and enterprise development in the Brussels Capital Region.

Overall facilitation and strategic monitoring and control of the reform process.

Facilitation of the restructuring process; grouping all actors under 3 clusters (“Advice & Support”, “Finance” and “Location Infrastructure Development”) and integration of 3 key actors (Brussels Invest and Export, Atrium and Impulse) into one new Regional Agency.

Coaching and support for the facilitation of the change processes; including a continuous process of optimising the instruments in support of entrepreneurship and of generating and maintaining an entrepreneur-friendly environment.
