• Evaluation of the National Livestock Policy and of its implementation.
• Institutional and Organizational Analysis of the Livestock and Fishery subsectors and conception of a capacity development plan (institutional, organizational and individual capacities) for the public-sector organizations in charge of livestock and fishery.
