Organizational capacity assessment of the Construction Management Unit (CMU) of the Ministry of Education, Sports, Science and Technology in Uganda.

This assessment included an evaluation of the institutional context, the organizational setup, the human resources, the fiduciary capacity, the financial management, procurement, the overall governance capacity, business processes, professional development as well as the project management and M&E capacity of the CMU.

The assignment also included strategic advice for organisational and institutional development of CMU and related advice for the formulation of upcoming projects of the Belgian Development Cooperation envisaging substantial support to infrastructure for the education sector in Uganda.
