Methodological counselling and advice to the “Skills Development for Human Resources” (SDHR) Project of the Belgian Development Cooperation in support of its beneficiary and partner organisations in Uganda.

This counselling focused in particular on approaches of organisational analysis as a basis for defining targeted skills enhancement and HR development strategies of the beneficiary organisations.
