Analysis of capacity building needs of health sector organizations in Senegal .

The assignment was conducted for the “Reinforcing institutional capacities through scholarships” project; it included:

• an organizational and institutional diagnostic analysis and report;
• an analysis / identification / prioritization of training and professional development needs of the staff from the targeted national partner organizations;
• training and professional development plans for the human resources of the targeted health sector organizations.

This work was done for 5 health regions and for the health sector organizations at central level in the Ministry of Health.
