Organizational and fiduciary capacity assessments of the Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities – RALGA and of the Rwanda Governance Board – RGB.

This assessment included an evaluation of:

• the institutional context,
• the fiduciary capacity with a focus on financial management and procurement,
• the overall governance capacity,
• the project management and M&E capacity.

The assignment also included organisational and institutional advice for the formulation of new interventions of the Belgian Development Cooperation in support of the decentralisation policy in Rwanda.
