Organizational and fiduciary capacity assessments of the Municipal and Development Lending Fund – MDLF in Palestine

This assessment included an evaluation of:

• the institutional context;
• the fiduciary capacity with a focus on financial management and procurement;
• the overall governance capacity;
• as well as the project management and M&E capacity of the MDLF.

The assignment also included organisational and institutional advice for the formulation of new interventions of the Belgian Development Cooperation in support of the Local Government Reform and Development Programme - 2nd phase in Palestine.
