Animation of a workshop and advice on a plan of action on regionalisation and change management for the Moroccan Court of Audit.

In collaboration with a team of the OECD (Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development), animate a workshop for managers of the Moroccan Court of Audit (Central and Regional Courts) on the challenges of regionalisation (decentralisation towards the Regional Courts) and of change processes and change management; including theories of change and pathways of change. Support the compilation of conclusions and action plan resulting from the workshop.

Advise the OECD on options for further capacity development of the Court of Audit.
