Team leader for the organizational and fiduciary capacity assessment of the 15 Districts and 2 Regional Referral Hospitals in the Rwenzori and West Nile Regions in Uganda.

The assignment comprised one field mission and continued distant support and quality control of the work done by  national consultant recruited directly by BTC. 

The work done included:

 

  • Organizational and fiduciary capacity assessment of the 15 Districts and 2 Regional Referral Hospitals; with a focus on financial management, public procurement and governance.
  • Drafting of “Project Execution Agreements” for these partners of the Institutional Capacity Building (ICB) Project in support of the Health Sector in Uganda. 
  • Bilateral Development Cooperations
  • Regional and local governments
