Formulation of a project in support of skills enhancement in Benin.

Team leader (international expert) for the formulation of a project in support of skills enhancement (“Projet d’Appui au Organisations béninoises par le Renforcement des Compétences des Ressources Humaines”) in Benin.

Design a cross-sector and sector specific skills enhancement and human resources development support to public and non-state organisations in the following sectors: agriculture, health and governance. The project also comprises a capacity building component for national training and capacity building service providers.
