Organisational assessments of the Ministry of Local Government in Rwanda and of the Rwanda Local Development Support Fund (RLDSF).

The assessment focussed on: financial management, procurement and governance systems and on funding and project management mechanisms and on monitoring and evaluation capacity

The assignment also included organisational and institutional advice for the formulation of a new project in support of the decentralisation policy in Rwanda.
