Formulation of a project in support of skills enhancement in Burundi.

Team leader (international expert) for the formulation of a project in support of skills enhancement (“Projet d’Appui au Organisations burundaises par le Renforcement des Compétences des Ressources Humaines”) aligned to the National Capacity Strengthening Strategy in Burundi.

The assignment comprised:

• Designing a cross-sector and sector specific skills enhancement and human resources development support to public and non-state organisations in the following sectors: agriculture, health, education and governance – including justice and police.
• Conceiving a capacity building component for national service providers in training and capacity building.
• Draft the project document (technical and financial file).
