Methodological backstopping and coaching with respect to the strategic and operational planning cycle of BTC (now Enabel).

The assignment (in support of the Organizational Development Department of BTC) comprised:

  • Feedback on existing / previous strategic and operational planning processes and systems of BTC;
  • Support to improvement of strategic / operational planning and corresponding success indicators;
  • Feedback on BTC’s “MoRe Results” and M&F framework; facilitation of strategic workshops of the BTC’s Management Committee;
  • Coaching for drafting the annual business plan 2013 of BTC;
  • Support with respect to organizational development geared at establishing country teams and applying Theory of Change concepts, including facilitation of workshops on these topics with the BTC country directors.
