Mid-Term external evaluation (by 1 international and 2 local experts) of the poverty reduction through institutional strengthening efforts at provincial (Nghe An) and district (Quy Chau) levels”.
This assignment also comprised an assessment of the Quy Chau Commune Development Fund.
In a final stage of the assignment a concrete improvement plan was drafted and communicated to the project team.
