Consultancy on Public Finance Management (PFM) & evaluation of the Belgian Health Sector Budget Support in Uganda.

Assess trends in budget allocation and PFM reforms in Uganda and their implications for the health sector.

Analyse key issues raised in audit reports.

Assess the impact of the policy dialogue, as part of the Sector Budget Support, on: (a) the national health policies and strategies and (b) the Health Donors’ coordination.

Assist in the preparation of the Final Report of the Belgian Health Sector Budget Support in Uganda - Summarise lessons learned and formulate recommendations for future interventions.
