Mid Term Evaluation of the basket fund for the education sector in Burundi.

Team leader for the Mid Term Evaluation of the « Fonds Commun Education », the multi-donor pooled funding funded for the education sector).

The assignment comprised:

• an assessment of the progress reporting and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms on the funds implementation;
• stakeholder interviews and feedback forums;
• analysis of available data;
• a review of the fund's theory of change and implementation strategy and of its alignment with evolving education sector policies and strategies;
• developing a comprehensive set of recommendations.
