Mid-Term Evaluation of the Institutional Support to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock in Burundi.

Patrick Stoop was the team leader for this mid-term evaluation of the “Projet Appui Institutionnel MINAGRIE”. The national expert was recruited directly by BTC (now Enabel).

The assignment comprised:

  • review of available documentation, analysis of progress reporting and M&E data, intensive stakeholder consultations and site visits;
  • a review of project implementation strategies;
  • drafting a comprehensive evaluation report (for all DAC evaluation criteria) with findings, conclusions and recommendations.
