Strategic Advice – Quality Assurance in support of the Reform of Agencies and Subordinated Institutions in Albania.

  • Review and quality assurance of the work done since the reform initiative was announced in September 2017.
  • Review of initial ideas for pilot reform initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive methodology and timeline for the reform of Agencies and other Institutions subordinated to the central-level Government of Albania.
  • Provide specific recommendations on change process facilitation and conditions for success.
  • Participate in providing advice on the reform to the Deputy Prime Minister and her advisors.
  • Contribute to development partner coordination on public administration reform – reform of agencies.
  • Develop of a project proposal and budget for implementation of the reform of Agencies and other Institutions.
