Strategic advice to the PRADEL.

The assessment focussed on the institutional context, financial management, procurement, overall governance systems and capacity to provide lending to micro, small and medium scale livestock-related investment.

The assignment also included advice with respect to finetuning the intervention strategies and theory of change of the PRADEL – Livestock Development Program (Programme d´Appui au Développement de l´Elevage) in Niger.
