Coordinated a large-scale population perception study on local justice institutions.

• Designed methodology, timing, and research protocol for acceptance by the Burundian National Statistic Agency.
• Hired, trained and coached a team of 30 national surveyors, supervisors and admin/log staffs.
• Coordinated field survey in four rural provinces with a randomized methodology.
• Semi-structured interviews & focus groups with key justice actors, local leaders, and the population.

Wrote report & recommendations and presentation to national and international actors
