Contributions to the formulation of SANITA VP2, an EU-funded clean cities programme for the peripheric municipalities of Conakry. As member of a 4-persons’ formulation team, our contribution focused on public-sector governance, capacity building of all public, private and civil-society actors and solid waste and circular economy related entrepreneurship development.

• Document review and extensive consultation of stakeholders at local and at central levels.
• Systemic analysis of the evolving context, similarities and differences between the peripheric municipalities and the main town of Conakry.
• Contributions for the intervention strategy, theory of change, logical framework, high-level workplan and budget of the programme.
