Théophile Bigirimana is a registered physician with specialization in Healthcare Management and HIV/AIDS. With more than 10 years in the operational management of programs at community, non-governmental organizations and institutional levels, he participated in the strengthening of health services and systems in Burundi and Guinea. Over the past 5 years, he has developed expertise in the fields of health services management and quality assurance. He supported the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of capacity building and performance-based financing programs in the health sector.
