Ysé has a master in Law, with a focus on International Public Law and International Criminal Law from the Free University of Brussels.
During her studies, she participated in legal clinics where she worked with NGOs and public bodies, principally on issues related to non-discrimination law and human rights.
She gained professionnal experience through an internship at the Multilateral Affairs and Globalisation Departement (human rights directorate) of the Ministery of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Belgium.
She also joined the United Nations Youth Association (UNPA Youth) whose mission is to promote the values defended by the United Nations among young french-speaking people living in Belgium.
At C-lever.org, she is specifically working on projects aiming to reform the penal justice system of the Great Lakes Region's African countries.
